The perfect shape and depth

This is the best wide but shallow basket I have found that fits into my 1-shelf stacking units; as each unit's external dimensions are 15" h x 30" wide, the internal shelf dimensions are only 6.5" h x 28.5 w, so I can easily fit 2 of these baskets on each shelf. I also like the shallow baskets because I can't pile in so many things that I never get to the bottom! I prefer the Rattique basket line in general because they look great, and the smooth plastic weave doesn't fray, crack, scratch furniture or snag on upholstery, and can be easily cleaned.

They really do have the look of rattan, but are plastic with a very sturdy wire frame. It's kind of the best of both worlds.

I have Ikea Expedit bookcases which are used for office and clothes storage. These pieces fit perfectly for those of us who have split the individual Expedit 13.2" x 13.2" shelf cubes into two by adding a shelf across the center of the cube.I spent weeks looking for a shelf tote I could stomach that didn't look cutsie as if it were designed for a crafts room or girl's bedroom. Everything I liked at Target online was out of stock. Then I came across these on Amazon.You know what, they look great, are sturdier than anything I had seen, have the sturdiness that I wanted, and give a great look to the Expedit. They are perfect drawers. When I bought 20 on Amazon for only $14. Now, just a week later the price has gone up considerably. So I did some research and Shopko has them on sale for $10 each. So, shop around to find the best price.Sturdy, the plastic is preferred over real rattan since it does not catch on things like real rattan would, great color selection ... for my needs I could never have found anything better.

Good looking and solid. We use it to store our kids' art supplies which we normally allow them to use at will on our dining room table. These are so pretty that we can just throw everything in there when company comes over and still leave them on the table.

We have a dark cherry credenza with glass doors. This basket and similar ones from Whitmor are perfect to hold miscellaneous articles behind the doors. Items on the shelf reflect light and look messy. Putting them in these various sized baskets creates a unified appearance,objects are now hardly noticeable.

Baskets are great for storing all kinds of things and this time I was looking for one for the bathroom where I could neatly keep magazines, body powder and a few other items that were cluttering up the top of the counter. This basket is a nice size, deep enough to hold anything and looks quite lovely.

I had been looking for a laundry "system" for a while and just couldn't find anything that met the needs of the laundry factory that I run (one husband, age 32, and three kids: 10-year-old boy, 6-year-old boy, baby girl). I found these on Amazon in my "gold box" on sale. The dimensions were listed so I measured and ordered four of them. I gotta tell you-- I haven't sorted laundry since! These laundry hampers are neutral in color and are easy to carry. They each hold about a load-and-a-half of laundry-- two loads if you smash stuff down. I set them in a row on the landing outside of all the bedrooms and the husband and the kids simply put their laundry in the correct hamper. We love them. I wish the insides came out for laundering, but we just spray them down with cleaner and wipe them out.

I like this clothes hamper, but if you're accustomed to doing laundry once a week, say on the weekends, this may not be large enough for you. It may work for your kids, provided they don't change clothes more than once a day. Or if you have room, they may work if you were to purchase several so you can sort your laundry. But if you want just one hamper in your bedroom or closet, definitely look for something a little larger for 2 people if you're a once-a-week laundry person, like us.

I ordered 2 of these and really liked them with the open handles on the sides as pictured. Ordered two more and they came with rope handles on the top--hard to use. Amazon very nicely sent me two more without charge, but they have rope handles as well--I will give those 4 away. I called Amazon recommending that they change the picture to reflect the true product several days ago.

These hampers are very useful. The inside has a plastic coating, the outside is canvas, with well-positioned cut-out handles. Sides are moderately stiff. Very reasonably priced. I bought two, to separate laundry. They are lightweight. The height can be both a positive and negative-- it is a bit awkward to carry them, but two fit well side-by-side in the closet. Because of the awkward carrying, i gave this item four instead of five stars.

Now in the last week of my pregnancy, I am fully immersed in my nesting phase and have been obsessed with organizing and preparing for Baby. These baskets are perfect for the two cabinets for which I have been focused on organizing. Made of canvas soft enough that will not pull or catch on delicate baby fabrics, and sturdy enough to hold packages of baby wipes and jars of diaper cream. FYI, the actual dimensions (which were VERY important for fitting into the existing cabinets I had) are: 9" HIGH (top to bottom) x 11" WIDE (side to side) x 10" DEEP (front to back).

I have a number of bins similar to these guys that I have purchased at Target over the years and love. I have used them in the kitchen, bathroom, living room... everywhere. I bought these online because I needed a bunch and these seemed like a good deal. I could tell when I took them out of the package that they were cheaper than the ones I was used to but I figured they would do the job. I loaded them up with DVDs - not too heavy - and tried to lift one up by the handles and it ripped right off, taking a bit of what looks like cardboard with it. The bins I have from Target have carried at least 3 times the weight this one had.I am keeping them, though. They are good for storage/sorting and look nice. I just won't be lifting them by the handles!

These storage bins are a decent value, but don't expect them to look that great. I'm giving them 4 stars for value, but I'd give them 2-3 for appearance. They're fine for closet use, but I wouldn't want to put them anywhere else. The material is a cheap sort of canvas, and the handles are sewn on rather haphazardly. That being said, they do the job well, and fit into my closetmaid storage shelves (it's not a perfect fit, but it works). I'm happy with the purchase--they made my closet look much more organized.

Measurements: If you are looking at the cube on a shelf with the handle facing you, the cubes are 9 inches high from top to bottom, 11 inches across the front and 10 inches long from the front to back. They fit perfectly on a 12" deep shelf.These storage baskets are perfect for what I wanted to use them for. I am currently using them to store Wii game system accessories, outdoor accessories like scarves and gloves, dining linens, and school supplies. These cubes fit perfectly on my shelves and make a jumble of items now look neat and orderly. I clipped decorative tags to the handles so that each child knows which cube is theirs, and what is in it. It's working out fantastic!Speaking of the handles, another reviewer said the handles aren't real sturdy, and I agree they are not. I do not think these cubes are meant to hold heavy items like books, for example. If you are purchasing these to hold cookbooks or magazines, then my only suggestion would be to carry the cube from the bottom, not by the handles. The handles appear to be designed to be used more like a drawer pull than to use to carry the cube. It works well for my purpose since my cubes aren't being carried around or moved. If you will be using the cubes to carry items from one room to the next, I'd suggest a more durable canvas cube, or even plastic. Not these.Bottom line is that for the money I am extremely pleased. The cubes are a good size, and come in a package of 6. As long as you are mindful of the weight of what you are storing in the cubes, I think these cubes will do the job for you. I just put another order for them in my shopping cart. :)

No complaints on the product. They are great quality. I haven't purchased this type of product before, but after extensive search of the internet I found that this brand (and other similar products), are ridiculously expensive - for what is essentially a small box! This Amazon vendor was the least expensive even after the excessive shipping costs (almost 50% more just for shipping). So, even though I thought the product was overpriced for me, the quality I received was excellent, the shipping time was fairly quick and they fit exactly what I needed. They seem sturdy and should last a long time.

They came in two colors, brown and beige.The CVS purchase is a better deal, but if you have no time to go to a CVS or don't have one near you, buy these Winsome brand fabric baskets. They're still a good deal.

I had a custom cubicle unit made for me, so I had to shop around a lot for these types of bins, checking size and colors. These were MUCH more affordable than most I've seen. I disagree with another reviewer who said they are cheaply made with haphazard sewing. That person is either extremely picky or got a bad batch, because these were made just fine. The quality is excellent, especially for the price. I would point out that the actual color is less "white" than they appear in the photo. The description does say "beige" and that is more fitting. I would call it "natural", like a natural linen color. They come flat and you pop them open and put the hard liner in the bottom, which keeps them open and positioned. The bottom liner insert is also covered with the same material, so it looks nice, even inside. These are perfect in every way; I'm surprised at any reviews that say they are anything less than great. And you can't beat the price.

I like this basket because it is sturdy and big enough to hold items like cleaners. I have 2 of these baskets, one under the kitchen sink--whatever cleaners didn't make it into the basket are hanging from the front edge; and one under the bathroom sink that holds mouthwash and lotions.I definitely prefer the baskets over having everything on the same level--the cabinet bottom.

My hair dryer fits perfectly in my bathroom cabinet now. Only caution is that this basket is not narrow. So when you close the door, you must have space in front. I just pushed back all the bathroom items and it worked out well. But if you have a small cabinet buy the more narrow size.

I am pleased with this over the cabinet basket. It's a good size and holds several dish brushes, sponges, sink stoppers, etc. We even hang our rubber gloves over the edge to dry. Our sink-top looks much more tidy since we have this basket. The quality seems good, too - it's sturdy. The only drawback is that our cabinet doesn't close all the way. The posts at the top hit the cabinet frame and keep the door open about 1/4 inch. Our home is older and so are our kitchen cabinets, so maybe with newer cabinets you wouldn't run into this problem. Still, for me it's worth it to have a convenient storage place for all of our dish washing gear.

Take a look at the photo and look closely at the hooks. Do you notice how the basket is secured to them, high up and the hooks aren't very long on that side? When you try to close your cabinet doors, they won't shut all the way for that reason.All they had to do was make the hook part on the basket side 1/2 + longer and secure the basket a little lower and then the roundest part wouldn't knock against the cabinet leaving it opened.They are however consistently made from what I can tell by the 2 i got. A little scratched up in the paint, but will work for the purpose i bought them.They sit higher up on the cabinet door so i can still put things right next to the door without the baskets hitting those items.Overall they work well, but in the future I'll look for ones that don't leave my cabinets cracked open.

I bought this for my wife's Forge Coco, a retro style comfort/cruiser 24" bike. We didn't want to spend $50-$100 on a basket, but it's also not a typical "department store bike" and the lower range of wicker baskets just look too much like...well, baskets. Anything under $50 usually has splintery, thick wicker, a loose weave, and a tapered design that makes it look like you stole something from a fruit vendor. By contrast, the Nantucket Lightship looks more like a classy vintage fishing creel without a lid.The Nantucket Lightship is a great step up, well worth the extra money. Very tight weave, small-gauge and high-quality weavers and spokes in the wicker. The solid brass buckles and thick leather straps are sturdy and long enough to mount it on just about any bike. It'll hold up to 13lbs (2-4lbs more than most in the lower range), has a solid wood platform in the base. The design is very graceful and complements her bike's swoopy frame lines too.Absolutely perfect!

When I first got this, I thought it was so cute on my red bike.However, few pointers:The straps to attach it to your bike are made of leather, so if you are looking for clamps that are more sturdy, this is not as ideal.The top part where it curves in limits what all you do put into it. If you are looking to buy groceries or put in projects of some sort into the basket, buy a wide rimmed basket instead.The bottom broke within 2 weeks. The basket is weaved, but the bottom is a wooden rectangle which the weaved sides are just glued into. It is not very stable as a build.I really wished it had worked out better, but I am going to invest in a metal mesh basket instead.

My Fiancee was absolutely delighted to get this for her beach cruiser. The size is perfect... The real leather straps are fun to fasten and unfasten.... And the wood panel at the bottom makes it super sturdy. She used to wear a hot backpack to carry a bunch of stuff for our rides but now we just throw towels, keys, water bottles, garage door opener in the basket and go. Awesome!

I just purchased a new bike and I knew that I wanted a basket. After much research, I decided on this one and I'm so glad that I did! It's quality and style are very impressive. The size is perfect for me and it will hold a lot, the paperwork that came with it states, "it will safely hold up to 13 pounds." I purchased the light tan and when it arrived, the color was lighter than what's shown in the picture, but it was still very attractive. My bike is a 21 speed mountain bike and I was a little concerned that I'd have trouble with it staying flat against my handlebars, but that wasn't a problem. The real leather leather straps are an additional plus. Overall, this is a wonderful basket and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

I bought this basket for commuting to work. I installed it as directed, carried only very light objects, and after two months, the basket has two holes crumbled into the back bottom edge. It is brittle, fragile, and made of very finely split reeds. It has no "give," so just crumbles. This affects both the warp and the weft, so it cannot be repaired. $36 is a lot to spend on such a poor product. I have written to the company and received no reply.

This and other varieties of Glad 4 gallon small garbage can bags are well made, just as their big brothers are. But a box of 30 will cost you roughly $2-$4 at a local big box store or supermarket. Shop around before buying here.

I was looking for trash bags to fit the small trash can Nine Stars Touchless Automatic Motion Sensor Trash Can, Set of 2. The trash bin of the small can measures 11" height x 9" width x 5" depth, and I found that this 4 gallon trash bag fits it perfectly.I am attaching 4 photo collage under customer photos that I will be referencing in this review.Not all trash bags product descriptions list the exact dimensions of the bags, only the volume, so until I purchased the bag I was not sure how good the fit was going to be.The trash bag measures 18" by 17" (see photo labeled G1). The Glad bag has pretty good thickness, in photo G2 you can see my hand inside of the bag and you can barely see my hands outline.I also purchased Ruffles 4 gallon trash bags. They are sized 18" by 16.5" (see photo labeled R1). As you can see in photo R2 they are much thinner than Glad bags, you can see my hand inside the bag very well. I also could not find unscented version of Ruffies. The ones I purchased are scented with "Vanilla cream". It is not too strong, but noticeable, and I prefer unscented Glad bags.So overall, I like Glad bags better than alternatives, however current Amazon price is surprisingly bad. After reading other reviews I went to a local grocery store as suggested by other reviewers and purchased 30 bags for $1.49 cents, which works out to be 5 cents per bag.This 5 star review is for 5 star product, not the price.Ali Julia review

I guess I did not notice the price when I ordered these garbage bags. My bad. $7.79 for this product is highway robbery. Indeed I could have bought it in my local and very expensive supermarket in NYC for $3.99 or less. Amazon should not permit vendors to sell products with such inappropriately high prices. This practice does not fit well with Amazon's ethos and culture.

4 Gallon Bags Don't Fit 4 Gallon Cans

Being a bachelor, perhaps there are standard household assumptions concerning gallon sizes that I have missed. I have a couple 4 gallon garbage cans, and I picked a box of these 4 gallon garbage bags erroneously thinking they would fit. Not even close. I have also a small 2 gallon wicker planter that I use for miscellaneous rubbish in my living room, and these do all right in that.Regardless, now I know that garbage bag gallon sizes do not correspond with garbage can sizes. Life lessons, neh? lol

I looked all over for a grill basket that would meet my needs but they were all way too big. I have a smaller grill and frequently only light half of it, as I am grilling for 1-2 people. This basket is the perfect size and shape (6x6")for a side of vegetables on the grill. It also washes up nicely and stores easily. Great for someone not grilling for a whole family!

I must concur with other reviewers who mentioned that this product is smaller than described. The Amazon.com description says...Product Dimensions: 8.8 x 10.6 x 3.8 inches ; 7 ouncesI was looking for a smallish basket and I envisioned this one being about the size of an 8x10 photograph, in terms of length and width, so I ordered it. I measured it personally and it is actually 7.5 x 8.5 on the top side, and even less on the bottom side where the basket would sit on the grill. If you were to include the handles in the measurement, it would be 7.5 x 9.5 on the top side.The point is that you're getting about 17 fewer square inches total than what they are advertising, and in my case this was a significant enough difference to warrant a return. I did not get a chance to use the product itself, obviously, but it does appear to be sturdily constructed and exactly what I need, so consequently I will still give the item 4 stars. (I don't think it's fair to rate a product poorly because of an incorrect product description on the Amazon web site.)Amazon, please fix the description.

A small vegetable basket is a must on any grill. The size is so handy for a couple of heads of garlic, two servings of string beans, or anything which is small and might get lost on your grill. Fits neatly in my larger basket when I want to take the meal indoors. It can hold a lot of cooked food thanks to the sloping sides, but the sides are angled in just right so that you can add to the contents but it does not take up too much space for it's size (like the wok type does).Clean up is a snap with just a swipe with a scrubby or a trip through the dishwasher. Please remember that you want the basket to become charred black and develop a nice coating to make it naturally stick proof for your food. Mine developed that within weeks and I love it. It should not look shiny and new but coated and loved.I am buying another one because I find more uses all the time for it on my grill!

After looking through countless websites and grilling catalogs looking of a basket to use for grilling smaller items, I finally found this item and immediately ordered it. It has everything that's necessary for function, and none of the "features" that, while appealing on the surface, end up being useless in practice.In my case, I generally grill for my wife and I and our young child. This basket is the perfect size for that. It can comfortably fit a whole sweet onion cut into rings and split apart, over half a head of broccoli, or a few peppers sliced up. In other words, a good quantity of vegetables for two and a half people. Weber does make a larger version if you're grilling for more.For my uses, this basket is far better than anything else I've ever tried. Compared to the following:Mesh Baskets - Mesh is nice, but very hard to clean. Even stainless steel mesh baskets get food caught in the mesh and require a decent amount of scrubbing to get all the food particles off.Non-Stick Grill Pan - these seem like a great idea on principal, but I don't own any grill implements that are safe for use on non-stick surfaces. My tongs aren't rubber coated (nor do I want them to be). This means I have to bring kitchen implements out to the grill. In my case, these have shorter handles and resulted in lots of singed knuckles, not to mention doubling the number of utensils needing cleaning.Pans with Attached Handles - attached handles make it easy to flip food using your wrist, much like one does with a nice saute pan. My wife and I love to grill and no grill out is complete without some grilled vegetables. We have used this for potatoes, peppers, onions, etc...we love it.The only thing I would add, pay attention to the word "small" in the description. This basket is definitely for 2, don't buy this to grill vegetables for a whole family or a backyard party.

This basket is a very heavy excellent grade of stainless steel. I am impressed by it's weight. The steamer holes are slots that allow the heat to enter it nicely but small enough to keep the veggies from falling through.

I got this in the mail today and will use it with my barbeque to warm veggies. Nice product, but all Weber items are. Will hold enough veggies for two people, not a real big basket, but enough for two.
