Description
This pretty Moses Basket creates a space for Baby anywhere in the house. It is a safe place for your baby to sleep at home or when visiting friends. Keep the baby close by wherever you are. Overall unit measures 30.5" l x 17" w x 9" h. Basket is 6" deep in the middle. Soft bumper and the liner are made with sweet pink gingham 80% polyester 20% cotton fabric with a white ruffle trim. Soft polyester fill pads the bumper for comfort. Liner is removable and can be machine washed and tumbled dry. It includes a foam mattress pad and a sheet. Basket can be used until baby is approximately 15 pounds 6.8 kg or until the baby can push up or roll over unassisted. Basket should always be placed on a firm, flat surface. Ever place it near the fireplace or open flames. Sturdy handles are woven onto the basket. The handle is actually" one piece" that goes down both sides and under the bottom. Although this basket includes handles, we do not recommend carrying the basket with your baby in it for safety reasons. When the baby outgrows the Moses Basket this basket can be used for storing stuffed animals or linens, or as a bed for dolls or pets.

This basket works well as a daytime sleep spot - you could even use it for nights in lieu of a bassinet.We skipped the version with the hood because we thought it looked a little silly, but in hindsight might have opted for the sun-shade for those daytime naps.The big downside we ran into was the way the liner fell apart after its first wash, despite following the instructions which indicate that machine washing is okay. Maybe if you hand wash it you'll have better luck.I'd have given this basket 5*s if it hadn't come with the flimsy liner.

I love this because i can take it anywhere and have somewhere for baby to sleep. I comes with me when i go clean homes and I love that I can set My baby anywhere without having to put it together like the pak n play that we have. Doesn't take up very much room in our tiny bedroom. It seems very sturdy still after 3 moths of everyday use. I would recommend getting 2 sets of sheets for it.

I'm happy I bought this bed knowing my baby would only be in it for a few weeks and didn't spend more than $30 on it. I would definitely suggest a Moses Basket for any new parents. Unless you like all the "frilliness" of a bassinet, I would recommend this basket. Its simple and does the job.

We loved this basket and so did our son. He had to sleep in this basket which we placed inside the crib. He used it up until he was to big for. I passed this on to my cousin for her new baby. She also loved it. So you can see how durable it was. I recommend this.

I weave these baskets with ribbons and make blankets to match. They really are a great gift for a baby. But THIS basket was very small. Smaller than all the baby baskets that I have used in the past. I wondered why it was such a great deal, I believe the size is why the price is great. It is more like a doll basket, a baby could only use it for a matter of weeks. That is bad if you would put a lot of work into it and then possibly buy a stand to go along with the basket. But that aside, it is nice that the little mattress is included and the quality of the basket is good,, just so darn small.

This item broke in four different places along the top during the first day of use. The basket is not as pliable as others I've seen and is made of very cheap materials. Not at all suited for use for a baby. Do not buy this item or you'll be throwing your money away.
