I was tired of chasing the food around on my outdoor grill. This product is ideal for grilling; no more meat falling through the grate, and no matter the size of the items being grilled they stay put. Easy to clean, too.

This thing is wow. I love to cut a bird in half and BBQ both sides. I have also used it for fish and sausages ...Love it

The grilling basket is advertised as "non-stick." And it almost is. But not totally. I had tried to find other reviews about the product before ordering but could not confirm that it was truly non-stick. After using it we found it is not. But it is better than similar products we have used. And it does clean-up easier than other grilling baskets who advertise themselves as being "non-stick."

Load up one side of this thing with salmon, veggies, meat, chicken- whatever you want- then close it up. Get the grill up to 550 and put 'er on (lower the temp now). It does an excellent job of holding the food when it's time to flip it over. Clean up is easy, grip is comfy.

Large enough to fit plenty of veggies in it to grill but not so big that it takes up your whole grill (unless you have a really small grill). Like the way the spring action of the grate forms over the different sized and shaped veggies-it doesn't squish them!! Handle doesn't get too hot but still recommend a pot holder or something when you turn it! It's a good buy!

the size is great, holds alot of product, cooking for larger groups was made easy. It did well with thin meat kept it contained well, no drops !!!! the only down fall was it is a little heavy but not so much it was a problem.

I like to grill plenty of veggies. Skewers are tedious to keep flipping and items tend to slide around on them. This solves that problem. I especially like that the metal screening is flexible so it will accomodate bulkier slices. Two problems, though. The designers of this had the very dumb idea of continuing a metal strip around the handle which means it gets HOT and you need a potholder when you grab it. Why not use solid wood or even plastic? The other problem is that, because the mesh is flexible, it doesn't close tightly. When you flip the basketover you've got to be a little careful that items don't come sliding out. Another reviewer recommended keeping a good grip on both extensions of the handle when you flip it because the sliding clasp can slide down and off. It really works okay, but you've just got to be careful.

This is a great idea, but maybe needs some work.It does hold the fish in nicely (or veggies, I have done both) and it does make it easy to flip if you use a good technique. However, the "non-stick" is not-so-much. I end up having to pick the fish out, even on the first use. It's quite difficult to clean this product as well.I would think that one of these that is HALF the size, and then has a removable handle so you can put the whole thing in the dishwasher would be a great improvement. That and getting the non-stick to work right.
