Great for towels - zero mental spaceMegan_Michele
I have a small bathroom that needed a place for towels. The sink is open and has chrome legs that are custom. I was looking for a simple solution for storing towels that did not take up and extra visual space. The towels look fantastic in this basket. Initially I had contemplated the smaller basket instead of the large but was very happy with my decision to use the large basket.Uses this basket would be great for:TowelsDecorative ItemsHair DryerSheetsLinensNote: the wires on this basket seem to bend if you push on them. They do bend back into place and stay where you put them, but storing heavy items or items that put weight/pressure on the wires could be an issue. For linens and towels/decorative this is really not an issue.
Wire baskets for chest freezerKatherineG
This basket plus two smaller wire baskets work great in my elderly mother's new chest freezer. They keep things organized in the freezer and are easily picked up to get at what my mother wants. I would recommend this and the smaller two baskets I bought.

I looked and looked for chrome wire baskets for storage on a wire cart and found these from Stacks and Stacks through Amazon! They arrived in perfect condition and fit just right. The baskets look light and airy, are very well made, durable and the chrome looks shiny and are very good quality. A sturdy well made basketBron
This basket is exactly as pictured, is well made, and works well. It's a bit smaller than I had visualized. I measured to check and the dimensions shown are correct, but note that they measure from tip to tip of the handles (which flare outwards) and the actual basket is about 1 1/4" less at the top and 11 inches at the bottom (about 3 1/2 inches less). Not a big deal, but something to note.Still it's nice enough and big enough for many things. Those who need something a little bigger may want to consider this item: Design Ideas Mesh Storage Nest, Silver, Giant which is taller and holds more, though it cost more as well.All in all, this item is fairly priced and a solid 4 stars.

This item is solid and nicely made. It happily organized our collection of "stuff" bottles sitting in the shower into an organized looking basket. Note it is best suited for medium to larger bottles. Small bottles and razors will fall through.

I bought these for storing and organizing things in my chest freezer. They are great, sturdy and make dealing with a chest freezer so much easier.

I ordered this basket for use in my bathroom, on the vanity countertop, to organize bottles and containers. Because the bottom of the basket is not solid, I found that the bottles did not stand, but fell over, and looked more cluttered than when they were just sitting out on the countertop. So I switched the use to my utility room to store potatoes and onions. Since the basket is sitting on the floor, I like the fact that the basket has handles for easy lifting. So even though I can't use it for the purpose I intended, it is being used and I'm happy with its appearance and quality.
Some rough seamsamzoo
This is a nice functional basket. However, the seams where the metal is matched together are very rough. I am using it for light items but if you tried to put alot of weight or items in this basket, not sure what the metal seams would do. They appear to just be touching each other without being soldered in place. If had paid anymore for it, might have returned it but will see how it does.
