It was exactly what I wanted. There are many choices and very helpful reviews that helped me avoid problems. This adorable sewing box is so well made, all items that were supposed to be included were, the pattern received is exactly as pictured. It is much prettier than pictured, a lot of attention was paid to the material used for the trim, the handle is never in the way, and it has 4 little pads on all bottom corners. The tray is solid and not at all flimsy. For the price, it's a great buy!Linda

Likes; inexpensive, just the right size, the tray for needles and small incidentals , storage for thread (tangle free thread,) all the included accessories, handle for easy carry, compact, apropos design.Dislikes, none.I recommend this kit for anyone, it's a great starter kit. Accidentally bought two of these, but no worries...going to give one to my sister. It's a handy little basket for organizing sewing things. Wish it was a little bigger, but at least I can set this in the closet and know where all my hand sewing things are.

Garbage. A lesson for Singer in MarketingTheresaSF
There is customer satisfaction, and there is customer loyalty, and with this sewing box, Singer assured that they would get neither.Part of my New Year's Clutter Reduction Act was to consolidate my sewing supplies and notions into one official 'sewing' box, instead of the collection of bins, baskets, needles-stuck-in-swatches, etc. I thought of my mother, and her passion for sewing, and remembered the Singer brand. Foolishly, I chose them on their bygone era foundational reputation.What arrived? Garbage. The basked is poorly glued together, with an unsubstantial snap clasp I can see wearing out in the near future. They had the unmitigated gall to advertise "additional notions included!" but what's in there, you won't want to keep. A plastic 1/3 size seam ripper, plastic thimble, and "shears" I wouldn't use to cut the tag off a pillow. Singer should be ashamed, in addition to which, they've now sullied my impression of all potential future products. Should I decide to buy a sewing machine, do you think I'll now consider a Singer? Knowing what they think should pass as a quality product?My dear seller - you were great, but please find another product to offer, or get your supplier, Singer, to provide you with GOOD goods to sell.
