Nice basket for the price - a word of caution about the size

These are nice baskets and a good value for the price. I found them to be slightly smaller than I had hoped. The baskets are quite a bit smaller at the base than at the top. The measurements provided are for the top of the basket. So the storage capacity is quite a bit smaller than the measurements might lead one to believe. Still nice baskets but I probably wouldn't have purchased based on their actual size.

I purchased 5 of these baskets to put Christmas gifts in. I could not believe how sturdy & well made these baskets were!!! I figured for the price that they were ($7.77), I would be getting a cheap item that would fall apart quickly, but I was dead wrong. You will certainly not be disappointed & can put nearly anything in them, no matter how heavy & these baskets will hold up! If there were an option for more stars to rate this, I would have rated it a 10!

I use the basket in my kitchen to hold bread and other miscellaneous items. The weave is really good and the basket is strong. As other reviewers have commented, the basket is wider at the top. I did not get the liner. Unless you are going to put very small items in the basket, I wouldn't recommend the liner. I would order another if I had a need for it. Especially since they are 1/2 price from when I purchased it.

This basket was purchased for a gift. I filled it with kitchen towels, a recipe card holder, pot holders and a Vera Bradley apron/recipe box set. It made a lovely Shower gift for my daughter-in-law. She now uses the basket in her bathroom. It is a great size.

These baskets were super nice, better than what I expected! When I was reading the dimensions, I thought they would be a larger basket, but when I got them, they were much bigger than what I pictured! They are a nice, bright white, and perfect for a nursery to store toys, socks, and other odds and ends in, which was the purpose of my purchase! I may even buy a couple more:)!
